1. Service Description

fix-wp.com ("we", "us", "our") provides automated WordPress repair services using AI technology. Our service attempts to diagnose and fix common WordPress issues including but not limited to white screen errors, plugin conflicts, and database connection problems.

2. Payment Terms

  • Flat fee: $100 USD per repair job
  • Escrow model: Payment is authorized but not captured until repair is confirmed successful
  • Automatic refund: If we cannot fix your site, the payment authorization is canceled and no charge occurs
  • No partial refunds: The service is all-or-nothing; we either fix it or you don't pay

3. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

  • Repair of all WordPress issues (some problems require human expertise)
  • Specific timeframes (typical repairs complete within 1 hour)
  • Prevention of future issues
  • Recovery of lost data not in existing backups

We will create a backup before making any changes to your site.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using our service, you confirm that:

  • You have legal authority to grant SSH access to the server
  • You own or are authorized to manage the WordPress site
  • The credentials you provide are accurate
  • You accept the risks inherent in automated repair services

5. Credential Handling

  • SSH credentials are encrypted using AES-128 (Fernet) during transmission and storage
  • Credentials are automatically deleted within 2 hours or immediately after job completion
  • We do not store credentials in logs, databases, or any persistent storage
  • Credentials are used solely for the repair job you authorize

6. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service ($100)
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for data loss beyond what can be restored from our backup
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting providers

7. Backups

Before making any changes, our service creates a backup of relevant files and database tables. If the repair fails or causes issues, we will attempt to restore from this backup. However, we recommend maintaining your own independent backups.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your repair was incorrectly marked as successful:

  • Provide screenshots or evidence of the issue
  • We will review and issue a refund if warranted

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
